Regional Renewable Outlook: Virginia/Carolinas (November 2009) SNL Energy

North Carolina is well ahead of neighbors South Carolina and Virginia in developing renewable-energy plants. North Carolina accounts for more than 570 megawatts of about 845 megawatts of renewable energy planned or under construction in the three states.
