North Carolina’s industrial hog industry continues to produce nineteen million tons of waste each year, inundating rural communities and threatening the health of people and the environment.
Come out and tell state leaders the problem has not gone away!
3pm June 17th until 5:00pm June 19th
50 Hours on the NC State Legislature Lawn!
Featuring A Birthday Party: June 18th 11:00-2:00pm
North Carolina’s kids come to the city for their first ever fresh-air Birthday Party!
Kids of all ages welcome. Lunch will be provided. Bring toys, games and activities for the lawn.
