Land Trust Day occurs across the state on Saturday, June 7.
In Wilmington:
Land Trust Day is a promotional partnership between local businesses and the state’s land trusts that enables businesses and the community to help protect natural areas. Wilmington businesses will be supporting the Coastal Land Trust by donating a percentage of their sales on June 7, 2008 or by donating items for a raffle held at the Great Outdoor Provision Company at Hanover Center in Wilmington. In Raleigh:
Every year
since 1992 on the first Saturday of June local businesses across the state show
their support for local conservation by donating a percentage of their sales,
sponsoring membership drives, or making cash donations.
Land Trust
Day 2008 is on June 7. Please shop at

7 so a percentage of your purchase can benefit land conservation in the
