Frequently Asked Questions about our Annual Retreat
What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fees include all workshops and panels, an overnight stay (if applicable), four meals, and the Friday night networking reception.
Where are the overnight accommodations?
The Summit Conference Center has overnight accommodations on-site, however, space is limited. Motel-style rooms are double occupancy and will be made available to the first 80 non-student registrants. Other registrants will be housed in bunk-style cottages. You will have the opportunity to specify a roommate when you register.
How do I register and pay?
Registration is available online
only. You can pay with a credit card, or opt to send in a check. If you
are unable to register online, please email

How do I register 3 people and get a fourth person for free?
To take advantage of our sign up 3 people, get a fourth person for free offer, visit our online Retreat registration site and register the first 3 people. Then, email the fourth person's registration information to nicole[at]ncconservationnetwork.org.
Why do you ask for my cell phone number?
We
ask for your cell phone number for emergency purposes only. If there is
a last-minute change in Retreat plans due to weather, we'd use the
number to call you and alert you to the situation. Please note that
this field is optional, but can be helpful.
