What is included in the registration fee?
Registration fees include all workshops and panels, an overnight stay (if applicable), four meals, and the Friday silent auction and social event.
Where are the overnight accomodations?
The Summit Conference Center has overnight accomodations on-site, however, space is limited. Motel-style rooms are double occupancy and will be made available to the first 80 non-student registrants. Other registrants will be housed in bunk-style cottages. You will have the opportunity to specify a roommate when you register.
How do I know if I'm an affiliate?/Do I get the affiliate price for the Retreat?
Only affiliate organizations of the NC Conservation Network can take advantage of our lower Retreat rates. To find out if your organization is an affiliate, check out our affiliate list or email Nicole at nicole[at]ncconservationnetwork.org.
How do I register 3 people and get a fourth person for free?
To take advantage of our sign up 3 people, get a fourth person for free offer, visit our online Retreat registration site and register the first 3 people. Then, email the fourth person's registration information to nicole[at]ncconservationnetwork.org. Tell me more about the silent auction/I want to donate to the silent auction.
The silent auction is done in combination with our social event on the Friday night of the Retreat. Our auction, besides being a lot of fun, helps the NC Conservation Network cover additional Retreat costs not covered by registration fees. We're always looking for items for the silent auction--if you'd like to donate, please email Mindy at mindy[at]ncconservationnetwork.org.
Can I register a different way (rather than online)?/Can I pay with a check?
If you'd rather not register on our secure website, you can download a registration brochure and mail it with your registration check to: NC Conservation Network, Attn: Retreat Registration, 112 S. Blount St., Raleigh, NC 27601.

Why do you ask for my cell phone number?
We ask for your cell phone number for emergency purposes only. If there is a last-minute change in Retreat plans due to weather, we'd use the number to call you and alert you to the situation. Please note that this field is optional, but can be helpful.
