Please join us for a roughly 2.5 hours wagon ride on May 11th, and discover how the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources manages the former rice fields of the Santee Gun Club to attract a variety of waterfowl and shorebirds throughout the year. Santee Coastal Reserve is a SCDNR Wildlife Management Area
Please follow the Gun Club Road for about 3 miles. The meeting spot is the parking area in front of the large brown building; the former Gun Club.
It is recommended that participants wear sturdy shoes, bring water, snacks, bug repellent, binoculars (optional) and come prepared for any weather .
