Zak Choukri

Campus Fellow, UNC Charlotte

Zak is a junior at UNC Charlotte. Embracing his roles as a twin, Moroccan, and Anthropology student, he proudly serves as a plant and cat dad and is currently delving into an Arabic studies minor. Beyond academics, Zak enjoys his free time with friends and family, taking long trail walks, feeding ducks at the boardwalk, and engaging in activities like decorating and making tea. He is part of two UNCC student organizations: Arabic Culture Club and Norms Vintage Market. The Botanical Garden is his cherished place on campus. Looking forward, Zak’s post-graduation dream is a wildlife trip in Kenya, fueled by a deep passion for preserving our ecosystem.
