Margot Francini

Campus Fellow, UNC Chapel Hill

Bio

Margot is a sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill majoring in Environmental Health and Public Policy. She is particularly interested in addressing social inequities in the pollution of our air and waterways. After finishing her undergraduate studies, Margot wants to go into environmental law to protect biodiversity, clean water, and those hurt by polluters. In her free time, she enjoys writing, camping, playing pickup basketball, and drinking chai lattes. Margot believes that there is a lot of hope in the fight to protect our planet, and that youth have great power in sustaining this fight!
