Sound Rivers is proud to team up with Neuse River Outfitters, Neuse River Brewing, Triangle Fly Fishing and Orvis Raleigh for this epic Neuse River clean-up and afterparty on Aug. 3.
Check in is at 9:30 a.m. at the parking area and trailhead for the Neuse River Trail 22 where participants will be shuttled to the Milburnie launch site. If you’re on the water, rafts with water and beverages will be staged along the paddle. Our endpoint will be back at Anderson Point Park, where your car will be waiting for you!
After the clean-up, stick around and celebrate at the afterparty at Anderson Point! Enjoy music, beer, lawn games and a raffle with Loose on the Neuse prizes and swag!
It’s lining up to be a great event! Come on out and join Neuse River Outfitters, Sound Rivers staff and board members, Triangle Fly Fishing, Neuse River Brewing and Orvis Raleigh for a great cause and a great time!
Additional Information
Kayaks are available for the event; make sure to indicate if a kayak is needed when you sign up. A land cleanup for those who prefer not to be on the water will be happening simultaneously.
