Bio
Madison is a senior at North Carolina State University pursuing a degree in Environmental Science with a focal area in Sustainability in Business. Maddie’s passion for advocacy, environmental justice, climate policy, and natural resource conservation took root during her sophomore year, when she completed a case study on her hometown of Coatesville, Pennsylvania, for an environmental justice class. She hopes to pursue a career in local government or sustainability consulting and is excited to learn from conservation leaders across North Carolina while building her understanding of state-level legislation. In her free time, Maddie enjoys reading, hiking, rock climbing, and discovering new coffee shops!
