Bio
Sydney is a third-year recreation management student at App State! She is a big lover, advocate, and caretaker of the outdoors. Being outside is one of the most impactful ways to learn so many important things like empathy, connection, wellbeing, and so much more. Because of this, her goals and dreams center around learning the world and all that inhabits in it so she can best lead others in taking care of themselves and their surroundings. In this position, she hopes to learn abundantly and make a lasting positive impact on others to help reduce negative impacts on our earth. Conservation is such important work and she’s so grateful to be able to do it!
