Partners for Environmental Justice and the Raleigh Innovation Team (i-team) are excited to co-host the Community Project Expo on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Walnut Creek Wetland Park.
This event celebrates the work of Walnut Creek Watershed Learning Network (WCWLN) graduates—local residents who have spent time learning about environmental justice, community organizing, and the Walnut Creek Watershed. Each participant has developed a community project focused on one of three core areas:

📚 Education & Empowerment
🏘️ Equitable Development
The Expo is a space for these changemakers to share their ideas, connect with partners, and explore opportunities for collaboration and support. Projects range from youth education programs to neighborhood-based green infrastructure efforts—and some are ready to launch with the right resources.
