Please join us to learn about wetland monitoring at the beautiful Mason Farm Biological Reserve. We will collect hydrology and water quality data, and perform an invasive plant species survey. This activity requires walking long distances on uneven ground, avoiding trip hazards, carrying items, standing for long periods, and waterproof shoes or boots (limited options to borrow available).
***Please note that this activity may require hiking 3-4 miles total while carrying up to 10lbs of equipment*** This activity is appropriate for volunteers in high school with a chaperone in attendance, or otherwise 18+.
