Red wolves used to roam the Southeast, from North Carolina to Texas. Now, they’re limited to just eastern North Carolina.
With only an estimated 28 red wolves left in the wild, it’s crucial that we learn about these resilient creatures and how to support their survival.
Join us on Oct. 22, during Wolf Awareness Week, as we hear from red wolf expert Kim Wheeler, who has worked for 20 years as the executive director for the Red Wolf Coalition in North Carolina.
