Vikki Crouse is Senior Manager, Philanthropic Research at Fidelity Charitable. As part of the Private Donor Group team, Vikki conducts research and creates resources to inform decision making by Fidelity Charitable donors seeking to provide transformational support for nonprofits. She has a decade of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Prior to coming to Fidelity Charitable, she worked at NC Child as Research Program Director. In this role, she provided policy advocates and decision-makers with reliable data and research to better understand child and family well-being.
Before NC Child, she was a Public Policy Analyst at the Michigan League for Public Policy, a statewide policy research and advocacy organization. Vikki received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology and political science from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Master of Social Work degree also from UNC-Chapel Hill.
